We offer contract-based, project-specific roles. Our focus is mainly on the oil and gas industry, as well as other heavy industries like aluminum, mining, and power plants.

You can apply through our website on our Careers page where you can see any current openings. The process varies by project, but generally, it starts with your CV being reviewed along with your application. If found suitable, you will be invited to join a phone interview where you shall be asked technical questions related to the job and your CV. CSS then shortlists the strongest candidates which would be considered and shared with our clients. If selected, you'll be invited for an interview with the Hiring Technical Manager. If chosen, we’ll send you an offer and begin the onboarding process.

The qualifications and skills vary by position, however, as most of the positions in CSS are of a senior level, we typically look for technical specialists with a minimum of a degree and at least 5 years of solid experience in the relevant field.
